01Who can hire through Instant Chefs?
We work with restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, bakeries, long-term catering businesses and households needing full-time live-in home chefs. You can also discuss maid and gardener requirements with our team.
02Which cuisines do your chefs specialise in?
Our listed expertise includes Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Bakery, Continental and South Indian. Tell us about your menu so we can match your requirement to a suitable candidate.
03Can I interview candidates before hiring?
Yes. We shortlist suitable chefs and arrange direct interviews with approximately 2–3 candidates. You choose which chef you would like to trial.
04How does the chef trial work?
Your selected chef joins for a one-day trial. Hire only if you are satisfied, or request another suitable chef for a trial. You can try up to five different chefs before making your final staff choice. The service fee is collected in advance, before the trial begins.
05What happens if my chef is not the right fit?
Speak with our team. Chef replacements are included at no additional service fee within your selected plan duration. We help you find another suitable candidate.
06What do the hiring plans cost?
Chef hiring is ₹7,000 for six months or ₹10,000 for twelve months. Home cook hiring is ₹15,000 for six months or ₹20,000 for twelve months. These are one-time service fees. Discuss the candidate’s salary and your specific requirement separately with the team.
07When do I pay, and are fees refundable?
Payment is collected in advance before the trial begins. Fees are non-refundable after the candidate is hired. For any situation before a hire is made, ask the team to clarify the applicable terms before payment.
08What is included in the service fee?
The fee covers sourcing and shortlisting suitable chefs, hiring coordination, support throughout the hiring period, up to five chef trials and free chef replacements within the selected plan duration.
09Do you help with part-time home cooks or one-off events?
The supplied home service is for full-time live-in home chefs, and the catering service is for long-term business staffing. Please contact the team to discuss other requirements; availability is not promised on this website.
