Paid before the trial
The service fee is collected in advance before the chef trial begins. Confirm your selected plan and the applicable terms with the team before making a payment.
Non-refundable after hiring
Once a candidate has been hired, the service fee is non-refundable. Ask the team to clarify any situation before hiring that is not covered by these published terms.
Replacements within the plan
Chef replacements carry no additional service fee within your selected plan duration. Contact our team if your chef is not working out so we can help coordinate a suitable replacement.
Service fee and candidate salary are different requirements. Share your preferred salary range during consultation and discuss the candidate’s salary separately. Fees, taxes if applicable, availability and terms for domestic staff should be confirmed with the team before payment.

01What do the hiring plans cost?
Chef hiring is ₹7,000 for six months or ₹10,000 for twelve months. Home cook hiring is ₹15,000 for six months or ₹20,000 for twelve months. These are one-time service fees. Discuss the candidate’s salary and your specific requirement separately with the team.
02When do I pay, and are fees refundable?
Payment is collected in advance before the trial begins. Fees are non-refundable after the candidate is hired. For any situation before a hire is made, ask the team to clarify the applicable terms before payment.
03What is included in the service fee?
The fee covers sourcing and shortlisting suitable chefs, hiring coordination, support throughout the hiring period, up to five chef trials and free chef replacements within the selected plan duration.
04What happens if my chef is not the right fit?
Speak with our team. Chef replacements are included at no additional service fee within your selected plan duration. We help you find another suitable candidate.
