Instant Chefs assists restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, bakeries, long-term catering businesses and households needing a full-time live-in home chef. Maid and gardener requirements can also be discussed. Candidate suitability and availability are confirmed by the team for each requirement.
Hiring process
Share the staff type, cuisine, experience and salary range. Instant Chefs shortlists suitable chefs and arranges direct interviews with approximately 2–3 candidates. You choose a chef for a one-day trial. Hire if satisfied, or request another suitable candidate for a trial. You can try up to five chefs before making your final staff choice.
Published hiring plans
- Six-month chef hiring plan: ₹7,000 one-time service fee.
- Twelve-month chef hiring plan: ₹10,000 one-time service fee.
- Six-month home cook hiring plan: ₹15,000 one-time service fee.
- Twelve-month home cook hiring plan: ₹20,000 one-time service fee.
The listed figures are service fees. Discuss the candidate’s salary separately. Confirm any applicable taxes and the details of your selected plan before paying. Domestic staff fees and terms are confirmed separately; these published plans do not automatically cover maid or gardener hiring.
Advance payment
Payment is collected in advance, before the trial begins. Confirm the requirement, selected plan and payment arrangements directly with the team.
Non-refundable fees after hiring
Service fees are non-refundable after the candidate is hired. The supplied terms do not specify a refund policy for every situation before hiring. Ask the team for clarification before payment if that is relevant to your decision.
What the service fee covers
- Sourcing and shortlisting suitable chefs.
- Hiring coordination and up to five chef trials.
- Support throughout the hiring period.
- Free chef replacements within the selected plan duration.
Replacement support
If your chef is not working out, contact the team to discuss a suitable replacement. Free chef replacements apply within the duration of your selected hiring plan. Specific availability, coordination and joining arrangements are discussed with the team.
Your hiring decision
Direct interviews and a practical trial help you assess whether a candidate is suitable for your kitchen. Discuss duties, schedule, salary, food requirements and any live-in arrangements with the candidate and the team before final selection.
