Can I interview candidates before hiring?

Yes. We shortlist suitable chefs and arrange direct interviews with approximately 2–3 candidates. You choose which chef you would like to trial.

How does the chef trial work?

Your selected chef joins for a one-day trial. Hire only if you are satisfied, or request another suitable chef for a trial. You can try up to five different chefs before making your final staff choice. The service fee is collected in advance, before the trial begins.

What happens if my chef is not the right fit?

Speak with our team. Chef replacements are included at no additional service fee within your selected plan duration. We help you find another suitable candidate.
