The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and a message, and for your agreement to this policy. You may also provide your location, business or household type, staff and cuisine requirement, preferred plan, experience requirement and salary range. Please share only information relevant to your staffing enquiry.
How the contact form is processed
When you press “Send enquiry”, the details you entered are sent toFormSubmit, a third-party form service, which delivers them by email to the Instant Chefs Gmail inbox (instantchef2010@gmail.com). FormSubmit and Google (Gmail) process that information under their own privacy terms. This website does not store your enquiry in its own database or in browser storage.
FormSubmit may show a short spam check before delivering your message. If you choose “Send via WhatsApp” instead, the details you entered are passed to WhatsApp as a draft message for you to review and send; WhatsApp handles that information under its own privacy terms.
When you contact the team
Information you send through the contact form, WhatsApp, email or a phone conversation is used by the team to understand your staffing requirement and respond to your enquiry. Before candidate interviews, discuss with the team which details need to be shared for hiring coordination.
Cookies, browser storage and hosting
This implementation does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and does not use browser storage to retain your form details. Fonts and website photographs are served with the website. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and protect the website.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps take you to third-party services. Email links open your chosen email application. Each service controls its own data handling. A map is not embedded on this website; you choose when to open directions.
